Hey there, I’m Angie…

As Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I want to help athletes improve their sports performance by using the power of food and good nutrition.  Learning how to eat to win is a process. I’ll walk you through the steps to help change your athlete’s eating habits so they can perform at their very best.

With nearly 20 years of experience, I’ve been privileged to share my knowledge in diverse settings.  From hospitals to communities, from weight loss to diabetes, I’ve been helping the young to the old make small changes to their eating habits for better health.

Now my focus is on helping teachers and coaches just like you to improve the health, wellbeing, and performance of your student athletes with a done-for-you nutrition curriculum (lesson plan).
